​May 16, 2024. Narcan and QPR training 6:30 to 8:30pm  At Hall Memorial Library, 93 Main Street, Ellington, CT.  John Lally, APRN,  will present a discussion on fentanyl and opiate overdose response and a training on QPR ( an easy to learn system for intervening if someone may be contemplating suicide and learn how to refer them to help.) All participants will be supplied with 2 free doses of Narcan

 7pm  Connecticut State Capital Building 210 Capital Avenue, Hartford
A gathering of families and friends remembering individuals lost to substance use.
Display of Connecticut memorial posters and a candlelight reading of names 
( Volunteers will be appreciated to set up the memorial display) 

September 21, 2024. 7th annual Outrun Addiction 5k run /2K walk
​Funds raised will benefit the substance use epidemic efforts of Today I Matter, Inc,
The Alex Fisher Foundation, and TriCircle Inc.

The Connecticut memorial poster project will be displayed along with resource tables from all participating organizations
Registration starts at 7:30 am.  Run / Walk to start at 9am.
