The Today I Matter Memorial Poster Project is about to evolve to enable continued exhibitions inWashington DC and elsewhere. Unfortunately the project has grown to the point that it has become physically too difficult for me to transport except for specific local events in Connecticut. Fortunately we have worked with AlexisPleus, Director of Truth Pharm. (https://www.trailoftruth.org/) They have accepted guardianship of our Memorial Poster Project and will be displaying it at their annual Trail of Truth event in Washington DC. This year it will be on September 27, 2025 Our present plan is for the posters of individuals from Connecticut to remain in custody of Today I Matter in Connecticut for our annual events on International Overdose Awareness Day and the Outrun Addiction 5K in Enfield CT. This year the 5K will be on September 20. We are in negotiation with Team Sharing of Massachusetts about the possibility of their taking guardianship of the posters of Massachusetts individuals. More to come on this. On September 27, 2025, Trail of Truth will exhibit the entire collection in DC, including Connecticut and Massachusetts posters. We are sad that we have to do this but very pleased that our loved ones will live on as this project sees more exposure around the country and with the knowledge and trust that they will continued to be cared for and displayed with the respect and dignity that our loved ones deserve. Today I Matter will continue to process and print new posters as they are requested and deliver them to the organization that will exhibit them. We do not charge families a fee for this service but thankfully accept donations to help defray the costs of printing new posters. Thank you for your understanding. } Today I Matter participates on an ongoing basis in many essential programs and committees -State of CT. Alcohol and Drug Policy Committee -State of CT.
